The American Corner and the “Novi Lobi” civic association for the third time will organize “Basic training for youth involvement in social activism”, which aims to empower young people to actively participate in society and decision-making processes.
The training will be organized through a series of workshops that will be lead by an expert team of social activists, media representatives, psychologists and sociologists who have years of experience in engagement in civil society and academic community.
Teamwork, public speaking skills and communication, assertive behavior and organization of local activism are just some of the topics that will be covered in this training.
The program will start on February 28, and further be held every Wednesday in March and April in the premises of the American Corner. Everyone interested can apply via the following LINK until February 25.
Eligible for this program are young people aged 18 to 30.
